Hello families,
It is time for our 2026 Winter Family Bible Camp Registration! Bible Camp will be held at Sacramento meeting hall on November 13-15. This is an opportunity for children with their families to blend with children and families from other localities. Together we can learn to follow God through this year’s theme: God’s Sovereignty and Man’s Cooperation with God’s Move (part 2). Please note that this will be a “day camp” with no overnight stays.
Bible Camp is designed for children in kindergarten through 6th grade. Younger children may be present at the camp but will always be under their parents’ responsibility and supervision. Parents as well as young people will be required to serve in various capacities. Every person attending needs to complete the registration form regardless of their age or capacity.
At least one parent/guardian is required to participate in service before and during the Bible Camp. The parents’ participation in various services greatly contribute to the success of the camp. Please register as a “Parent Serving One.
The registration DEADLINES and FEES are as follows:
Register AND submit the fee by 10/11/2026 (New: 10/18/2026)
1) Camper: $50
2) Parent serving one: $75
Family cap is $250
Register after 10/18 (or until the capacity is reached) AND submit the fee by 10/31/2026:
1) Camper: $75
2) Parent serving one: $100
Family cap is $350
The cost for Team Shepherd (YP): $30
Non-parent Serving One: $30 or $10 per meal.
The final deadline is 10/31/2026. Registration fee is not refundable after 11/8/2026.
Please submit the registration fee by the dates set above to the designated contact person (see list below) in the city closest to you. Your registration will be confirmed after the designated contact person receives the registration fee.
Please make your payments to your locality, and let the designated contact person for your locality know. Your local contact person will be able to answer any questions regarding Bible Camp.
